Approached to create an open plan space to suit modern living, this project involved adding a substantial rear extension to this dwelling. We worked alongside the client to produce multiple schemes to suit their needs before proceeding to submit to planning. Local and national planning policies were adhered to, but pushed to ensure the space created was large enough to suit the client’s needs. The outcome enhanced the dwelling in providing much needed family space within a limited site.
